Curtis Oman hosted an Insight Series Breakfast Seminar at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Muscat on Tuesday 9 December, 2014 entitled "Compliance: More Than a Box Ticking Exercise" which 83 leading business community members attended. Curtis' compliance experts, Charles Cruden and Jean Claude Najar, as well as the Head of Middle East Corporate Investigations at Control Risks, Jonathon Siklos, provided a high-level overview together with practical insights as to how to ensure "compliance" is more than a mere "box-ticking" exercise. The experts highlighted how compliance is an ongoing obligation for a business and also provided details of how a business can build a compliance programme.
